Engineer
Role Summary:
Our Engineers spend the majority of their time around or on the water. Whether it is designing a ferry terminal pier for a municipality, analyzing the seawall stability for private residences, performing a hydrographic survey onboard our survey vessels, or conducting a commercial bulkhead inspection, our team is dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch designs and excellent service. This role requires engineering aptitude combined with an interest and comfort level of being around, in and on the water.

Project Managers / Principals
Key responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to:

Work on marine structures, coastal engineering, structural design, and dredging projects primarily located on Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Coast.

Field surveys including survey data acquisition, hydrographic surveys, and site investigations.

Assist with project delivery tasks including preparation of construction drawings, final reports, regulatory permit applications, and construction oversight.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural or Geotechnical preferred

0-4 years’ experience

AutoCAD experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently or part of a team

Interest and comfort level with being around, in and on the water
